The Bentwood Common Area curb has been cleared of debris, trimmed and mowed. There were large amounts of garbage, lumber, bricks and several areas of concrete poured onto the ground, probably from wheel barrels. Weekly service to cut grass and edge the mulch/tree line is under review.
The Bentwood Common Area was cleared of all logs, broken limbs and other large natural obstructions. Over 10,000 lbs. of large logs were removed by hand due to the nature of the deck and dock. Additional broken trees, fallen limbs and other brush constitute another 30,000 lbs of debris removed. Much of the brush is being recycled into mulch possibly for the path and parking areas, keeping with our vision of a natural community.
